Mr. Manh Pham is an IT Project Manager at Accenture Federal Services (AFS), a wholly owned subsidiary of Accenture LLP. A long-time and trusted partner in the federal community, AFS is a leading professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology and operations.

Mr. Pham supports their Intelligence and Federal Information Technology (IT) Infrastructure Outsourcing and Client Delivery portfolios. In this role, he serves as the Business Process Architect Manager for a Common Origination and Disbursement (O&D) platform that services records for millions of US based users. Mr. Pham oversees a team of Application and Web Developers and Business Process Architects responsible for all functional deliverables, software delivery life cycle, business relationship management and application operations and sustainment.

Previous to this role, Mr. Pham led the transition of 100+ mission and corporate applications to multiple federal facilities and cloud based platforms in support of Base Realignment And Closure (BRAC). As the Transition Lead, he interacted with Infrastructure Service Providers, Mission Partners and their applications personnel to ensure inbound and outbound system transitions were successful, timely and cost effective. Mr. Pham also managed the Customer Experience Team, a group of Portfolio Managers who served as liaisons to both Application and Infrastructure Service Providers, helping guarantee client infrastructure requirements and service level agreements met warfighters’ mission needs. He has been an active participant in the GEOINT community and leader within his organization.

Prior to joining AFS in 2010, Mr. Pham started his career as a Satellite System Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he operated and managed a series of satellite projects. He ensured the logical and systematic conversion of customer and product requirements into total system solutions that acknowledged technical, schedule, and cost constraints. He later served as a Senior System Engineer where he provided project leadership and technical guidance in the resolution of system anomalies and operational challenges.

Mr. Pham holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Technology Management from George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University.
