Eric Zitz is an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton where he supports the Justice and Homeland Security Account and related business fields. As a contract task lead, Mr. Zitz manages a team of collection specialists from geospatial, signals, human, and measurement and signatures intelligence disciplines.

Functionally, Mr. Zitz supports the homeland security mission as a Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) collection manager, and is responsible for liaising with federal, state, and local agencies to coordinate efforts, validate GEOINT requirements, and manage active collection. His mission areas include border security, maritime domain awareness, domestic force protection, and disaster response. Mr. Zitz additionally provides GEOINT training and analytic outreach for his clients.

Prior to joining Booz Allen in 2008, Mr. Zitz served the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) as a student analyst in the Office of Counterterrorism, where he supported forward-deployed operations by exploiting information from airborne and overhead platforms. He additionally served the NGA Office of Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) and the NGA Office of the Americas, North America and Homeland Security Division.

Mr. Zitz received a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Wesleyan College with a triple concentration in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Psychology, and is currently performing thesis research for a Master of Science in Applied Intelligence from Mercyhurst University. He lives in Virginia with his wife and children.
