USGIF offers this exclusive event to USGIF Members, providing an unparalleled opportunity to see the unique work of NGA Campus West in St. Louis. The theme for this year’s NGA Tech Showcase at NCW is EnVISION the Possibilities. NGA will offer more than 50 demos and activities throughout NGA Campus West highlighting some of the new apps and on-demand tools the Agency has been developing.

Agenda at a Glance

Tuesday, April 17
0700-0800 – Check in at the St. Louis Conference Center at 3200 S. 2nd Street (NCW); enjoy a continental breakfast and network with fellow USGIF members.
0815-0830 – NGA West Senior Executive Dr. Bobby Laurine delivers opening remarks.
0830-0845 – Tech Showcase coordinators provide key information and tools.
0845-1100 – Enjoy more than 50 activities throughout NGA Campus West.
1100-1300 – Enjoy lunch in the NCW Cafeteria (located in Building 36).
1300-1600 – Demos and activities continue throughout NGA Campus West.

Wednesday, April 18
0700-0800 – Continental breakfast is available in the St. Louis Conference Center.
0800-1600 – Enjoy more than 50 activities throughout the NGA St. Louis campus.
0900-1600 – Visit USGIF Member Industry exhibits in the St. Louis Conference Center.
1100-1300 – Enjoy lunch in the NCW Cafeteria (located in Building 36).
1400-1600 – Networking Reception in the St. Louis Conference Center. Sponsored by USGIF and open to all NGA Employees and registered Industry.

Registration

All USGIF Members and Industry Partners must register for the Tech Showcase at NGA. All attendees, regardless if you often work with or go to NCW, must register to gain access to the Tech Showcase events.

Clearance Requirements

Individuals attending the NGA Tech Showcase West must have at least a TS//SI/TK clearance to attend. Information on how to pass your clearances to will be provided in your registration confirmation.

Hotels

The official USGIF block at the St. Louis Hilton at the Ballpark is now closed. Some rooms may still be available in the hotel by calling them directly at 314-421-1776. The St. Louis Hilton at the Ballpark is located at 1 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO.

Transportation

USGIF will provide a shuttle bus service from the Hilton St. Louis at the Ballpark to the NGA Campus West 2nd Street facility. The shuttle will depart the hotel at 7 a.m. and will continually run through the day.
