United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation Welcomes New Directors

OAK HILL, Va. – The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) today welcomed seven new directors, bolstering the depth and strength of the foundation’s board.
The new members of the USGIF board of directors are:

James A. Myer, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Photon Research Associates, Inc.
Herbert F. Satterlee III, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer, DigitalGlobe, Inc.

These directors join Shea and the USGIF’s other founding directors Leo A. Hazelwood, Corporate Vice President, Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC); Steven D. Jacques, Legislative & Business Development Consultant, Jacques & Associates, Inc.; and Paul L. Graziani, President & CEO, Analytical Graphics, Inc.

The USGIF will host a national GEOINT 2004 symposium October 12-14 in New Orleans, at which key members of the Geospatial intelligence community are expected to attend and exhibit. The symposium builds upon the highly-acclaimed GEO-INTEL 2003 symposium and will assess how geospatial technologies can further the national security agenda.
