USGIF Awards High School Students for Science Fair Projects

Last week, USGIF participated in two regional science and engineering fairs this month, awarding high school students for outstanding projects that demonstrated the use of geospatial intelligence to solve a real-world problem or issue.

At the Loudoun County Regional Science & Engineering Fair March 15, USGIF awarded $500 to Rasvik Kudum from Rock Ridge High School. On March 17 at the Fairfax County Regional Science & Engineering Fair, the Foundation awarded $250 each to Kavya Kopparapu and Siona Prasad from Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
