Please note: all sponsorships, networking activities, and organized events associated with the GEOINT Symposium must be approved and must comply with government ethics regulations. Activities, events, and use of the GEOINT Symposium name outside of the approved program are prohibited.

Expand your presence at the Symposium through booth space, sponsorships, media, and meeting rooms. To book a meeting room at the convention center, you must either be an exhibitor or a sponsor. Top booths and sponsorships won't last long!

Location: America's Center Convention Complex, St. Louis, MO

Certificate of Insurance

Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), the America’s Center Convention Complex, and The Expo Group L.P. must be included as Additional Insureds during the GEOINT Symposium in St. Louis, MO from May 18-21, 2025, as per the written contract under the General Liability policy.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibiting companies receive two (2) complimentary exhibit booth staff badges per 100 sq. feet of exhibit space. Additional exhibit booth staff badges may be purchased.

Exhibitor badges include:

- Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out

- Access to the Exhibit Hall for all three (3) show days

- All activities within the Exhibit Hall

- Meals served within the Exhibit Hall

- Exhibit Hall Networking Receptions

- Admission to the Welcome Celebration

Friday, May 16	12:00PM - 5:00PM (Booths 600 sq. ft. and larger)
Saturday, May 17	8:00AM to 5:00PM
Sunday, May 18	8:00AM to 5:00PM

All exhibits must be fully installed, empty containers removed and moved to storage by 5:00PM on Sunday, May 18, 2025. Additional charges may apply for empty removal after this time.
