USGIF suggests business casual attire for all GEOINT events. Military officers and enlisted personnel are encouraged to wear their duty uniforms.
There are several speaking opportunities at the GEOINT Symposium. While applications for Training Sessions have closed, you can still apply to present in the Innovation Hub or the Vista Hub, providing valuable engagement with our audience. Main Stage speaking roles are reserved for invited experts with relevant subject matter expertise. Details on sponsorship and session opportunities will be communicated through our website, newsletters, and social media channels.
Yes, we will have training sessions available Monday through Wednesday at the Symposium. You can add them on to your registration for $25 if you are a member and $35 if you are not.
GEOINT badges are non-transferable. Badges must be worn and visible at ALL Symposium-related activities. One-Day Exhibit Only Pass holders may upgrade to a Full Symposium Pass to attend all Symposium sessions by paying the rate difference on the date of change. By registering for the Symposium, you agree that badge swapping, or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this badge policy may result in cancellation of the registration without refund and dismissal from the event.
Photography without permission from booth personnel or USGIF staff is prohibited in the Exhibit Hall. Please be aware that USGIF has designated representatives to photograph and capture video throughout the GEOINT Symposium. As a participant, your likeness and/or voice may be utilized by USGIF for future promotional purposes. Unless we receive a written request from you stating otherwise.
Transportation to the America's Convention Center Complex is not provided. Please make your own arrangements to reach the venue.
We are pleased to provide lunch for all attendees from Monday, May 19, through Wednesday, May 21, available throughout the exhibit hall.
Breakfast will be offered on the same days outside the main stage and is available exclusively to those with purchased access (Main Stage and Training).
Additionally, on Sunday, May 18, both breakfast and lunch will be served outside of the main stage and are available only to those with purchased Foreword access.

USGIF has a limited number of meeting rooms available at the America’s Center Convention Complex- only companies who are either exhibiting or sponsoring the GEOINT Symposium will be able to rent meeting rooms. Rooms will be available from Sunday, May 18, through Wednesday, May 21. Please note that specialty furniture, a/v, electrical, floral, and any other show services are at the expense of the exhibitor/sponsor and should be contracted directly with the appropriate vendor for that particular service.

Included in the small business booth package are:

- 6’ draped table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, carpet, and name identification sign
- 10 priority points for exhibiting plus 1 additional point for each table-top
- Please note, these are limited to table-top exhibits only – no structures are allowed in this area. Pull up banners, table-top exhibits, and monitors on stands are permitted.
Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), the America’s Center Convention Complex, and The Expo Group L.P. must be included as Additional Insureds during the GEOINT Symposium in St. Louis, MO from May 18-21, 2025, as per the written contract under the General Liability policy.
The opt-in registrant list will be sent to exhibitors and sponsors three weeks prior to the event, one week out, and again the week following the Symposium. Please note that this list is for internal use only and must not be shared outside your organization. Only USGIF has access to this list, and any solicitations from non-USGIF entities claiming to offer access are fraudulent.

Registration
All registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to usgif@conferencedirect.com. Cancellations received on or before April 9, 2025 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. No refunds will be given after April 9, 2025, and registrations received after this date are not eligible for refunds. Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation.
Housing
All non-government rate hotel reservations will be charged a $30 fee for cancellations. In addition, please review your housing acknowledgement for the individual hotel cancellation policy. Attendees must register prior to booking their housing. Upon completion of their registration attendees will receive their confirmation email – within this email will be their unique non-transferrable housing link. This means they cannot forward this to anyone else – it will only work for that individual.
USGIF has partnered solely with ConferenceDirect as its official housing company for the GEOINT 2025 Symposium, and we do not endorse or have a relationship with any other housing company.
USGIF allows attendees and exhibitors the option to bring a guest for a reduced cost compared to full symposium registrations. Guest passes are limited to one guest pass per symposium registrant. Each pass includes admission to the Exhibit Hall during the afternoon networking receptions and evening activities. A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation, a volunteer, or in an appointed position. A coworker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration.
