John T. Werle

Mr. Werle is currently the President and C.E.O of Solar One Systems Inc., a professional consulting corporation providing services to both industry and government. He also serves as Chairman of the Board at the Open Geospatial Consortium Interoperability Institute as well as a member of the Board of Directors for the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s (USGIF). He previously served as the President of PCI Geomatics.

Vice President, 2000 to 2007 – The Boeing Company, Washington, DC
Last position was leading a worldwide organization with combined annual revenues in excess of US$10 Billion and combined orders in excess of US$12 Billion. This role included staff development and management, executive, management and employee alignment and integration, board briefings, regulatory, congressional and oversight reporting, compliance programs, and public representation.

Vice President, 1998 to 2000 – Motorola, Scottsdale, AZ Responsible for strategies, marketing, market research, strategic planning, branding, advertising, Inter and Intra net implementation and IR&D. This role included ensuring diverse groups integrated into a cohesive team with aligned objectives and consistent reporting. Revenue responsibilities in the multi-hundred million range.

President, 1997 to 1998 – Signal Technology Corporation, Phoenix, AZ
Reported to the CEO and was an elected member of the Board of Directors. Profit and loss responsibility for the Arizona Microwave Operation and the Space Technology divisions. Full Corporate Board member responsibilities to include compliance, reporting and stakeholder relations.

Vice President, 1985 to 1997 – Loral Corporation, Palo, Alto, CA
Last position was developing partner-based relationships with the worldwide signator’s to the Intelsat organization and leading the advanced systems organization. This role involved aligning worldwide public sector entities in a public-private partnership to achieve common goals and to attain funding. Financial funding raised through this effort exceeded $1B.

Engineer – 1982 to 1985 – EG&G Inc. Las Vegas, NV
Last position was development of large scale environmentally friendly engineering test range facility.
