Chief Executive Officer
The USGIF board seeks applications for a CEO with vision and a comprehensive understanding of the GEOINT marketplace and technology who will elevate USGIF’s reach and impact to maximize member effectiveness. The CEO will have demonstrable community and tradecraft-building skills to advance our mission. Core candidate attributes will include proven organizational leadership, a member-oriented perspective, strategic foresight, and respected stature in the geospatial field. Non-profit experience is beneficial. The CEO is the public-facing leader of the USGIF and serves as its primary spokesperson. He or she will have a strong internal presence and work closely with USGIF’s senior leadership team.
Digital Marketing Coordinator
USGIF is in search of a creative, analytical, and self-motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to help execute the marketing strategy for the Foundation. This position will assist in both traditional and digital media initiatives as they relate to the Foundation’s professional certification program, membership initiatives, accredited collegiate certificate program, and event marketing. The right candidate will have a passion for social media engagement, SEO, and knowledge of trending digital media methods.
Meetings and Events Assistant
USGIF is seeking a detail-oriented, and self-motivated Meetings and Events Assistant to help execute the Foundation’s events. The assistant provides event support through research, recommendation, and selection of event venues, food and beverage, and other vendors or suppliers, as well as manages registration for all USGIF events including working with official USGIF registration providers. This position performs regular administrative duties for the foundation’s programs and events, such as organizing meetings, preparing registration and meeting materials, correspondence to attendees, members, and vendors; and responding to inquiries in a professional and customer-centric manner.
