GEOINT 2020 Symposium Young Professionals Golden Ticket Program

Now accepting applications for the 2020 Program! Deadline to submit application and letter of recommendation is Thursday, Feb. 13.

About the Program

Each year, USGIF offers the Golden Ticket program as an opportunity for young professionals 35 years old or younger to win an exclusive opportunity to attend the GEOINT Symposium to meet and hear from seniors and innovators in the GEOINT world in a personal setting. Golden Ticket winners receive complimentary full registration to the Symposium as well as participate in mentoring sessions with senior GEOINT leaders, attend USGIF’s Chairman’s Reception, and much more

The GEOINT 2020 Symposium will be taking place April 26-29 at the Tampa Convention Center in Tampa, Florida.

How to Apply

To apply, you must fill out the application and also provide one letter of recommendation. Please send the letter to YPG@usgif.org with the subject line “Golden Ticket Letter of Recommendation [Your Name].”

In completing the application you are agreeing to attend all mandatory activities and discussions that accompany the Golden Ticket agenda. Winning the Golden Ticket includes free registration to the GEOINT 2020 Symposium, however, winners will be responsible for their own housing and travel.

Selection

USGIF will select 30 individuals to be part of the 2020 Golden Ticket Program. Please note the Golden Ticket process is a competitive selection. Your answers are the primary method we use to determine who will be selected for a Golden Ticket. Please provide explanations for your answers that show the selection committee your interests and passions so we can choose the best individuals to attend. Winners will be notified in March.
