K-12 GEOINT Resources
USGIF has created a number of resources for geospatial intelligence (GEOINT) to be integrated into K-12 classrooms. These resources are designed to be user friendly for teachers to easily integrate in their classrooms, as well as for volunteers to take to a school.
USGIF has prepared six lesson plans that teaches students more about certain GEOINT topics as well as has a fun activity. We’ve created six lessons for topics on maps, satellites, satellite imagery, drones, GIS, and technology.
