USGIF is excited to invite you to join us as a sponsor or exhibitor at the GEOINT 2021 Symposium, October 5-8 at the Americas Convention Center in St. Louis, MO. The exhibit dates are October 6-8.

Please read this message in its entirety as it will answer most of your questions related to the GEOINT 2021 space & sponsorship selection process.

USGIF will conduct GEOINT 2021 exhibit space and sponsorship selection June 1 through June 11, 2021. Selection of exhibit space will be based on the USGIF Priority Point System standings as of May 14, 2021.

Space and sponsorship selection will take place via teleconference and feature a web-based floor plan that will update in real-time as organizations select booth space.

We have assigned each organization a selection time slot based on priority points. Please review the Space Selection Times Spreadsheet to find your assigned time slot and be prepared to have someone on the call at this time ready to select booth space and sponsorship.

In the event of a tie in priority points, the selection process will be adjudicated in alphabetical order. If your organization is not listed, you likely have not accrued any priority points. In this instance, you will be eligible to select booth space following the completion of the initial selection process starting June 14.

Please have the Floor Plan in view when you call in for space selection to ensure you have access to the most current booths availability. The floor plan will change rapidly during this time. If you don’t see the exact booth size you require, it is possible for USGIF to adjust the floor plan to accommodate special requests in some instances.

Please let us know as soon as possible who will be participating from your organization. We will provide the dial in information at that time. 

If for some reason you or someone from your company cannot attend the call, please contact Mariam Ghaussy, Senior Director of Events & Governance, at or 571-392-7202 to discuss options for selecting space. We regret that any company that cannot attend and has not contacted Mariam in advance MUST BE SKIPPED. 

Once you select your sponsor opportunity and/or booth space, you have until June 21 to sign and return the application. The application, to include all pricing, can be found on the last pages of the GEOINT 2021 Prospectus.  Please also include with your application any meeting room and/or media/advertising opportunities your organization wants to select as these opportunities will also be assigned by Priority Points after June 21.

Once we have received your signed and initialed application, USGIF will send you a confirmation email with a counter-signed copy of the application and an invoice for payment.
