USGIF is proud to recognize the 24 outstanding junior professionals selected for the Golden Ticket program at GEOINT Symposium 2026. This highly competitive professional development experience is designed to cultivate the next generation of GEOINT leaders and is open to professionals under the age of 35 or those with fewer than five years in the GEOINT community.
The Golden Ticket program is core to USGIF’s mission to advance the tradecraft by building the community. Every year since 2010, USGIF has offered the opportunity to apply for an immersive experience at the GEOINT Symposium, which includes a gratis full symposium access pass, mentoring sessions with senior GEOINT leaders, and invitations to exclusive networking events.
This year’s mentoring cohort includes distinguished leaders from across the GEOINT and space communities, including Kathryn McMullan, Director of the Australian Geospatial-Intelligence Organisation; Kevin O’Connell, Founder & CEO of Space Economy Rising, LLC and former Director of the Office of Space Commerce at the U.S. Department of Commerce; and Stephen Winchell, Director of DARPA. Their participation provides Golden Ticket recipients with direct access to senior perspectives shaping the future of GEOINT, space, and national security.
This year’s class was selected from a highly competitive pool of applicants, following a rigorous review by an external group of GEOINT leaders and professionals.
The Golden Ticket Class of 2026 represents the depth of talent and diversity of thought shaping the future of GEOINT. Throughout the symposium, these professionals will engage with emerging technologies, mission-focused dialogue, and career-building connections that extend well beyond the event.
