J.R. Rizzo

Mr Rizzo is the Chief of the Cyber Plans Division for NORAD and USNORTHCOM. Over the last year he has been responsible for leading mission planning and support for cyber support to 2020 Presidential Elections and development of the C2 structure  to synchronize the efforts of USCYBERCOM, DHS, OSD, and the National Guard. During COVID-19 response, Mr. Rizzo led technical development, coordination and orchestration of communications supporting COVID efforts. He pioneered the Command’s capability to capture, fuse and visualize data and operations speeding the delivery of information, increasing decision space and improving the COVID response efforts.
