Deborah Davis

Deb Davis is a Vice President & General Manager with General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) and a member of the Intelligence and Homeland Security Division Leadership Team. Ms. Davis is the P&L Executive responsible for the Mission Solutions Sector (MSS), to include technical, engineering, mission and IT Enterprise solutions and services. She is the primary point of contact for MSS senior stakeholders, and facilitates communication, integration and delivery to achieve mission success. Deb is passionate about people, team and community development, and is the Chair of the GDIT PM Council.

Prior to her selection as the Sector VP & GM, Ms. Davis was the Business Area Vice President of Geospatial Solutions and Services (GSS), responsible for P&L and portfolio performance across the Geospatial Mission and Enterprise. Ms. Davis was previously the NCE Active IT Program Manager through the BRAC, responsible for cost, schedule, technical performance, and service enhancement throughout BRAC engineering, build out and transition to full-scale operations.

Before joining GDIT, Ms. Davis was a Principal with Booz Allen Hamilton. During her Booz Allen tenure, Ms. Davis led a variety of IT efforts, to include a major initiative to design, implement maintain a new agency-wide high-speed enterprise network, defining and analyzing global message handling requirements for a Mission Partner Record Communications program, and workstation and server assessments to define the IT baseline for a new headquarters facility.  Ms. Davis also defined, developed and delivered computer instruction for users at all levels of the organization. Prior to joining the Intelligence Community, Ms. Davis was an educator, providing instruction in computer science, core subjects, and remedial mathematics.
