Each year, USGIF gives young professionals the chance to step into an immersive program built for the next generation of GEOINT leaders. Winning the Golden Ticket means more than attending the Symposium. It's a head start on the relationships and guidance that shape a career in GEOINT.

- Application Deadline: January 24, 2027 at midnight EST
- Eligibility Requirements:
- Open to young professionals 35 or younger, or with less than five years in GEOINT.
- Application, résumé, and one letter of recommendation.

How the Program Works
What You Receive
Receive complimentary full Symposium registration and two training sessions of your choice.
What You Commit To
Participate fully in program activities throughout the Symposium and refrain from representing your organization at booths or meetings during program hours.
How You're Selected
Be evaluated by an external panel of senior GEOINT leaders based on your application, résumé, and letter of recommendation.
At the Symposium
Take part in mentoring sessions, attend the Chairman’s Reception, and connect with fellow participants through exclusive networking opportunities.
How to Apply
Applications open on December 1, 2026. Applications, résumé, and letter of recommendation are due January 24, 2027 at midnight EST. Awardees are responsible for their own housing and travel.
