Have a powerful example of GEOINT making a difference? Share your organization’s story for the opportunity to be featured during the opening session of GEOINT Symposium 2027.
Each year, USGIF CEO Ronda Schrenk and the Board Chair share brief, mission-focused stories from the Main Stage highlighting how GEOINT tradecraft, technology, and innovation are being applied to real-world challenges and delivering meaningful mission impact.
Why Participate
Put Your Work in the Spotlight
The opening session is one of the Symposium's signature Main Stage moments, attended by leaders from across government, industry, and academia. A selected vignette puts your organization's impact in front of the Symposium’s entire Main Stage audience.
Demonstrate GEOINT Mission Impact
Show what your team accomplished, how GEOINT contributed to the outcome, and the mission impact achieved.
What We’re Looking for
Strong vignettes connect a real mission need with the GEOINT approach applied and the impact achieved.
The Challenge
Clearly identify the real-world challenge, mission need or problem your organization addressed.
The GEOINT Approach
Show how GEOINT tradecraft, technology, capability or innovation was applied to address the challenge.
The Impact
Demonstrate what changed as a result and the measurable or meaningful mission impact achieved.
Who Can Submit?
Non-government speakers participate through affiliation with a USGIF Organizational Member. You do not need to be a member at the time of submission, but all confirmed speakers must be affiliated with a USGIF corporate member organization within 30 days of the submission close date.
