Gregory Dreaper

Greg Dreaper is the US. Army Corps of Engineers Common Operating Picture Technical Manager working for the USACE Headquarters. A graduate of the University of Alabama with a B.S. in Geography with a concentration in Geographical Information Science and Cartography, he spent the last 19 years working for Mobile and Charleston districts, The Engineering Research and Development Center. His areas of focus have included coastal and inland navigation and the creation of the Corps’ first inland electronic charts, leading the development of the national channel framework. For the last 2 years he has been working at and with USACE Headquarters to create the USACE Common Operating Picture with a focus on putting geospatial first.
