Jessica King is the founder and CEO of GeoSISU, LLC. GeoSISU is a woman-owned boutique consulting company that brings integrity, innovation, determination, and conscious leadership to strategic business growth practices for our industry and government clients in the intelligence and national security space. King is a result oriented, data driven, and a highly motivated IC Business Development leader with 23 years’ experience in growing geospatial, big data, and machine learning business solutions, products and services in the Intelligence and DOD Communities. King has experience supporting of Intelligence Community and Department of Defense within the US Government with extensive familiarity and experience working with IC agencies such as: NGA, NRO, CIA, DIA, NSA, AGC, and INSCOM. She has pioneered and worked to identify innovative technologies and solutions to improve tradecraft in the IMINT, GEOINT and HUMINT area of expertise. King’s Accomplishments:
- Won: 18 Primes (CIA, DIA, NRO, NGA, Navy, DARPA), 37 Subcontracts (NGA, CIA, AGC, ARMY) worth over $550M in revenue in 5 years
- Operated through a M&A Purchase and Integration
- Led Personnel and Management Operations
- Led and co-managed Branding/Marketing Initiatives, Conferences, Culture, and Vision
- Established a new Government Customer and established a Prime Contract with a Vendor Code
- Created a $5B Pipeline, CRM Tool, and Proposal Process
- CIA Portfolio Account Executive for Maxar
- Vice President Radiant Solutions/ Maxar
- Vice President of HumanGeo Group
King’s first assignment was the GIS Manager for a city in Arkansas in which she helped to digitally rebuild a community after the devastation of a F4 tornado. Her innovation in helping rebuild in using GIS was noted and she was recruited by a former CIA Officer to work in Washington DC. She worked on the transformation of the USDA’s Farm Service Agency’s Common Land Unit program and implemented. Jessica has supported the National Geospatial Agency, Central Intelligence Agency and the Army Geospatial Center for over 20 years, in a myriad of positions that include Sr. Geospatial/Imagery Analyst, Targetter, Sensor Collections Manager, and Program Manager. Jessica has also served as the Secretariat of the Geospatial Intelligence Coordinating Committee (GICC) for the US Government providing geospatial technical and visionary support to USGIF. Most recently, Jessica served as the Senior Vice President at The HumanGeo Group, in which she developed and won seven prime contracts driving growth margins of 57% over two-years and executed a strategic growth plan, before a successful corporate acquisition.
