Vice President & Division Manager for Spatial Solutions


Lisette Bergeron is an operational leader with a passion for strategy, service delivery, and business analytics. She serves as Vice President and Division Manager for Spatial Solutions with Leidos, where she oversees program performance and growth in support of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) mission. Her portfolio employs more than 1,000 diversely skilled and credentialed professionals, providing mission software and intelligence tradecraft solutions to the Intelligence Community.

Simultaneously, Bergeron serves as Vice President and Management Board of Directors Member for Kahu, a leidos and pueo JV, an organization formed under the Small Business Administration Mentor Protégé Program. She advises Kahu on customer mission support and operational excellence.

Prior to these roles, Bergeron was the Vice President and Division Manager for Analysis Solutions with Leidos, supporting the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). She also served as the Vice President of Business Development Operations and Strategy, overseeing Leidos’ business pipeline with NGA, ODNI, DIA, and the National Reconnaissance Office.

Bergeron came to Leidos through the Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions (IS&GS) integration. While with IS&GS, she performed in various roles, specializing in leadership for large-scale technology and development programs ranging in value from $350-$800 million.

Bergeron earned her Master of Applied Statistics degree with a Minor in Quantitative Business Analysis from Louisiana State University and her Bachelor of Applied Mathematics degree with a minor in Computer Science from Nicholls State University. She also holds Project Management Professional and Lean Six Sigma White Belt certifications. Bergeron is a member of the United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation, the Armed Forces Communications & Electronics Association, and the Intelligence and National Security Alliance.
