Senior Director for Growth and Business Development for Intelligence and Homeland Security’s Mission Solution Sector


Stephanie Leung is the Senior Director for Growth and Business Development for General Dynamics Information Technology’s (GDIT) Intelligence and Homeland Security’s Mission Solution Sector. She leads the sector’s growth team focused on serving Intelligence Community customers and directly oversees the Geospatial Services and Solutions (GSS) business market in support of the warfighter mission. In this role she is responsible for enhancing business goals and priorities while building and ensuring productive customer and partner relations.

Prior to joining GDIT, Stephanie served as a Program Manager and Team Lead with S2 Analytical Solutions at the National Geospatial Agency, providing leadership and counsel to both the company and the NGA. She also started her own consulting LLC, SKL Solutions, providing guidance to companies interested in entering the Intelligence business market.

Stephanie served in the United States Navy for 26 years where she held numerous leadership roles and conducted several deployments abroad and at sea. She has been awarded several awards for her leadership including recognition during her tour in Israel as the Assistant Naval Attaché during the lead-up to the Iraq War in 2002. 

Stephanie is a graduate from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey with a degree in National Security Affairs with an emphasis area in Latin America. She currently serves on the board of the Naval Intelligence Professionals (NIP) and previously served in a similar role for the National Military Intelligence Foundation (NMIF).

Stephanie believes in community and has served in several roles at her synagogue to include the Chair of the Youth Group Committee and teaches Sunday School.
