Wilson Miller

Wilson Miller – is the US. Army Corps of Engineers Common Operating Picture Program Manager working for the USACE Headquarters. Graduating from the University of Hawaii with a Management Information Systems degree and candidate for an MBA, he started his Federal Government career as a local intern with the USACE Pacific Ocean Division, Japan District. Through his 35 years of Federal Service, he has served as Senior Program Manager for the North Atlantic Division’s Interagency and International Services Division and Deputy to the Chief, Hurricane Sandy Division. He has held various technical positions with the Project Management Business Processes National Team serving as Innovations Team Leader, Technical Manager and Systems Security Manager. He has also balanced his career by transitioning from the Information Management office as Chief – IT Branch, Oracle DBA, Systems Analyst and Developer to the Programs and Projects Environmental PM/GIS Manager working on various District projects with key GIS deliverables.
