How do I apply for a speaking opportunity at GEOINT?
ExpandThe Call for Speakers for GEOINT Symposium 2026 closed on November 16, 2025. Please review the submissions process if you are interested in submitting a proposal for GEOINT 2027. We will send out an announcement when the Call for Speakers opens for GEOINT 2027.
When and where is the GEOINT Symposium?

ExpandGEOINT Symposium brings together the leaders, practitioners, and innovators who shape, advance, and operationalize the geospatial intelligence mission. This program is designed for those driving national security strategy, accelerating technical innovation, and delivering decision advantage across the GEOINT enterprise.

Registration
How do I register?
ExpandRegister through the GEOINT Symposium registration portal. After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your personal housing booking link and access to your registration record.
What does my registration include?
ExpandAccess is determined by the badge type selected during registration:
- 1-Day Expo (Mon, Tue, or Wed): Exhibit hall access for the selected day
- 2-Day Expo (Mon+Tue or Tue+Wed): Exhibit hall access for two consecutive days
- Symposium (Mon–Wed): Exhibit hall and Main Stage programming Monday–Wednesday
- Full Conference (Foreword + Symposium): Sunday Foreword programming plus the full Symposium
Additional access options:
- Foreword – Sunday programming add-on
- Main Stage access – Admission to Main Stage sessions all three days and breakfast service
Included for all registrants:
- Welcome Celebration on Sunday evening
- Daily lunch served in the exhibit hall on days your badge is valid
Your registration confirmation reflects the access associated with your selected badge and any add-ons.
Can I add training sessions later?
ExpandYes. Training sessions are offered Monday through Wednesday and may be added to your registration for an additional fee of $25 for members / $35 for non-members. You may add training sessions during registration or afterward by returning to your registration record, subject to availability and capacity limits.
The full list of sessions will be published in the event agenda when available.
Can I bring a guest?
ExpandEach registrant may purchase one guest pass at a reduced rate. Guest passes provide access to the exhibit hall, afternoon networking receptions, and evening social activities only.
A guest must be a spouse, significant other, friend, or adult child who is not employed in or affiliated with the geospatial intelligence community, serving as a volunteer, or holding an appointed industry position. Coworkers or professional associates are not eligible to use guest registrations.
What is the cancellation policy?
ExpandAll registration cancellations must be submitted in writing to usgif@conferencedirect.com.
Cancellations received on or before March 27, 2026 will receive a full refund less a $100 processing fee. Registrations received after this date and cancellations submitted after March 27, 2026 are not eligible for refunds.
Canceling your registration does not automatically cancel your housing reservation.
What is the hotel reservation cancellation policy?
ExpandHotel reservations must be canceled separately through ConferenceDirect using the contact information provided in your housing acknowledgement.
All non-government rate reservations are subject to a $30 cancellation fee. Additional hotel-specific cancellation policies may apply.

How do I book a hotel?
ExpandRegister through the GEOINT Symposium registration portal. After completing registration, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your personal housing booking link and access to your registration record.
Is there an official housing provider?
ExpandYes. Conference Direct is the only official housing provider. Companies claiming to sell attendee lists or hotel rooms are not affiliated with the Symposium.
Is parking available at the Gaylord Rockies?
ExpandYes. Parking is managed and charged directly by the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. GEOINT does not validate or process parking payments.

Onsite Experience
What meals are included?
ExpandLunch is provided Monday–Wednesday in the exhibit hall.
Breakfast is available only to attendees with Main Stage (or equivalent premium) access and is served outside the main stage each morning.
On Sunday, breakfast and lunch are provided exclusively for attendees registered for the Foreword program.
I have accessibility or dietary requirements — can you accommodate me?
ExpandThe Symposium is ADA-accessible. Attendees may use mobility devices and service animals in accordance with applicable regulations.
Gluten-free, Halal, Kosher, and vegetarian meal options are available and requests for these, along with any other special dietary requests can be made during the registration process.
Are there networking opportunities?
ExpandYes. The Symposium includes receptions, exhibit hall events, and informal networking throughout the week.
Is there a mobile app?
ExpandYes. The event app launches shortly before the Symposium. All attendees receive download instructions by email.
Is there a dress code?
ExpandBusiness casual is recommended. Military personnel may wear duty uniforms.
Are lactation or nursing spaces available?
ExpandYes. A private space can be provided for nursing or pumping upon request. Attendees may request access at any time during the Symposium.
Policies
Are badges transferable?
ExpandNo. Badges are non-transferable and must be worn and visible at all times. Sharing or swapping badges may result in removal without refund.
Will photos or video be taken?
ExpandYes. USGIF and its partners photograph and record video throughout the event. By attending, you consent to the use of your image or likeness in promotional materials.
If you do not wish to be photographed, you must submit a written request prior to the event.
Can I take photos in the exhibit hall?
ExpandPhotography or video recording inside the exhibit hall is prohibited unless you have permission from both the exhibitor and USGIF.

What does a standard booth include?

What does a small business booth include?

Small business booths are tabletop only — structures are not permitted. Pull-up banners and tabletop displays are allowed.
Booth Staff & Lead Retrieval
How do I register booth staff?
ExpandOnly the designated exhibitor's primary contact can assign and manage booth staff registrations. Log in to the Exhibitor Dashboard and select Registration to add or edit staff badges.
Where can I order lead retrieval?
ExpandLead retrieval is ordered through the official registration vendor via the Exhibitor Dashboard.
Meeting Rooms & Ancillary Events
Can my company host a meeting or reception during the Symposium?
ExpandAll meetings, receptions, and events held at the Gaylord Rockies during Symposium dates must be approved through the GEOINT Ancillary Events Request Form.
- Only USGIF members, exhibitors, or sponsors may request event space.
- Approved events are subject to a $1,500 processing fee.
- Unapproved events may be cancelled by the venue.
Can I rent a meeting room onsite?
ExpandMeeting rooms are limited and available only to exhibiting or sponsoring companies: Meeting Room Applications
Furniture, AV, power, catering, and other services must be ordered directly through the venue or official vendors.
Shipping & Setup
How do I ship booth materials?
ExpandExhibitors may ship to the advance warehouse or directly to show site using the official shipping labels provided in the Exhibitor Kit.
Where can I find move-in and move-out dates?
ExpandAll setup and breakdown deadlines are listed in the Quick Facts Guide provided by the General Service Contractor.
Food & Beverage
Can we serve food or drinks in our booth?
ExpandYes, but all food and beverage must be ordered through the Gaylord Rockies. Outside food or beverage is not permitted.
Insurance Requirements
What insurance is required?
ExpandExhibitors must carry general liability insurance of at least:
- $1,000,000 per occurrence
- $2,000,000 aggregate
USGIF, Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, and the General Service Contractor must be listed as additional insured.
Exhibitor-appointed contractors must submit their own insurance separately.
Housing & Attendee Lists
How do I request an exhibitor hotel sub-block?
ExpandExhibitors needing 10+ rooms may request a sub-block through the housing form.
When will I receive the attendee list?
ExpandOpt-in attendee lists are provided:
- Three weeks before the event
- One week before the event
- One week after the event
Lists are for internal company use only.
I was contacted by a company selling attendee lists — is it legitimate?
ExpandNo. Only USGIF distributes attendee lists. Third-party solicitations are fraudulent.
