Paul Elliott

Paul Elliott leads Intelligence Community Strategy at Scale AI, where he drives the deployment of artificial intelligence across U.S. intelligence missions—from data foundations to mission-level decision support. His work focuses on moving AI from experimentation into operations by embedding agent-based systems into intelligence production, mission planning, and analytic workflows.

For more than a decade, Paul has worked in the automation and AI space, helping organizations evolve from robotic process automation to intelligent automation, AI-driven workflows, and now end-to-end agentic systems. Prior to Scale AI, he spent six years at UiPath leading its national security and intelligence portfolio.
