Global issues related to sustainability and climate change require GEOINT analysis on both a planetary and local scale.  This USGIF Mission Focus program on GEOINT Contributions to Global Sustainability will include a keynote and a panel discussion featuring key GEOINT Community luminaries. Topics will include government, industry, and academia collaboration to detect and quantify changes, map trends, and how the Earth’s evolving climate is impacting national security interests.  We also invite attendees to participate in free training following the event on how to leverage Google Earth Engine to mine a data archive of historical earth images for analysis and visualization of geospatial datasets.
