GEOINT 2020 Cancellation Update
Thank you for your patience as we work through unchartered territory with regard to canceling the GEOINT 2020 Symposium.

GEOINT 2020 Cancellation: A Message from USGIF Staff and its Board of Directors Regarding the GEOINT 2020 Symposium
Thank you for your patience as we work through unchartered territory with regard to canceling the GEOINT 2020 Symposium. As you can imagine, this is a huge undertaking. We hope everyone in our community is faring well with self-quarantining and the uncertainties in your business operations. Here is an update:
GEOINT 2020 Symposium Housing
If you made hotel reservations through USGIF’s official housing, SPARGO Inc., your reservations have automatically been canceled and there will be no charges. If you made a reservation outside of USGIF’s official housing, you will need to contact the hotel or venue directly.
GEOINT 2020 Symposium Fees
Symposium Attendees:
We are working with SPARGO Inc., to process registration refunds. Attendees will have the option to convert their registration fees to a donation to USGIF, defer payment to the GEOINT 2021 Symposium at 2020 rates, or be issued a refund. We expect to have this ready next week.
Symposium Exhibitors & Sponsors:
The Expo Group (TEG), the official General Services Contractor for GEOINT 2020, will be contacting exhibitors soon with options regarding any show services placed.
Exhibitors and sponsors will also receive information directly from USGIF via email with additional details related to your exhibit and/or sponsorship. Thank you for your patience as we continue working through legal obligations.
Advancing the Tradecraft
Until we can welcome you back in person, USGIF is dedicated to continuing to be a resource to the geospatial intelligence community. We are exploring online education and training options to be made available in April.
Please continue to stay engaged and involved in the geospatial intelligence community. Follow USGIF on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; Trajectory Magazine on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter; and GEOINT Symposium on Facebook and Twitter.
We all pray for your continued health and safety as well as an end to COVID-19.
