GEOINT Symposium 2026 Registration Rates
Registration opens Thursday, November 13, 2025
The GEOINT Symposium badge is valid for Symposium events from May 03 - 06, 2025, as well as the Welcome Celebration occurring on the evening of Sunday, May 03. This registration includes access to Main Stage sessions, as well as all sessions and networking receptions held within the exhibit hall. It does not include access to training sessions or the GEOINT Foreword pre-Symposium science and technology day, which must be added to your registration at an additional cost.
All attendees must be age 18 or older.

The official GEOINT 2026 hotel is at the Gaylord Rockies Convention Center, offering easy access to all conference activities and networking opportunities. A limited number of discounted rooms are available exclusively to registered GEOINT attendees.
When you register for the Symposium, you’ll be able to book your hotel room directly through the registration portal. You can also log back in at any time to modify or manage your reservation.

Travel Information
Airport
The Denver International Airport (DEN) is conveniently located just 7 miles (about 15 minutes) from the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center, the official host venue for the GEOINT Symposium.
Transportation Options
Ride Share: Uber and Lyft both operate at Denver International Airport, with designated pickup areas on Level 5, Island 5, outside Doors 506 (West) and 511 (East).
Taxis: Taxi service is located on Level 5, Island 1. The average fare from DEN to the Gaylord Rockies is approximately $35–$45, depending on traffic and time of day.
Train (RTD A Line): The 61st & Peña Station, part of Denver’s RTD A Line, is the closest rail stop to the Gaylord Rockies—just a 10-minute drive from the resort. The A Line provides easy access between Denver International Airport and downtown Denver’s Union Station. Ride shares and taxis are available at 61st & Peña for convenient connections to the Gaylord.
Rental Cars: All major rental car companies operate at DEN, with shuttle service from the terminal to the rental car facility.
Parking: Self-parking and valet options are available at the Gaylord Rockies for hotel guests and attendees. Parking rates and details will be shared closer to the event.
GEOINT 2026 Event Policies
Anti-Harassment Policy
USGIF is dedicated to providing a harassment-free experience for everyone. USGIF seeks to provide an environment in which diverse attendees may learn, network, and enjoy the company of colleagues in a professional atmosphere. USGIF does not tolerate harassment in any form. If you feel that you have been harassed by any person(s), immediately go to the registration desk and ask to speak to Jeff Lavine. Violators may be expelled from the event at the discretion of USGIF.
Badges & Attendance
GEOINT badges are non-transferable. Badges must be worn and visible at ALL Symposium-related activities. One-Day Exhibit Only Pass holders may upgrade to a Full Symposium Pass to attend all Symposium sessions by paying the rate difference on the date of change. By registering for the Symposium you agree that badge swapping or badge sharing is not permitted. Violations of this badge policy may result in cancellation of the registration without refund and dismissal from the event.
Cellular Phones
As a courtesy to all speakers and your fellow attendees, please place all mobile devices in silent mode during Symposium sessions. In addition, all calls must be answered outside of the meeting rooms.
Dress Code
USGIF suggests business casual attire for all GEOINT events. Military officers and enlisted personnel are encouraged to wear their duty uniforms.
Photography Policy
Photography without permission from booth personnel or USGIF staff is prohibited in the exhibit hall. Please be aware that USGIF has designated representatives to photograph and capture video throughout the GEOINT Symposium. As a participant, your likeness and/or voice may be utilized by USGIF for future promotional purposes. Unless we receive a written request from you to not use your likeness or voice, we will assume that your presence is consent.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation of any kind is prohibited at the GEOINT Symposium. By registering to attend, you acknowledge this policy and agree that you will not advertise, represent, or distribute literature for products or services to our exhibitors, attendees, or staff without the express written approval of USGIF. Any attendee that violates this policy will forfeit their registration credentials.
