Aaron Kelley

Aaron Kelley is the president of UpSlope Advisors, a founder of GeoDapt, and a Geospatial Advocate. Aaron has supported the Department of Defense for nearly two decades, providing mission-critical GEOINT support and solutions. Over the last five years, he has supported NGA in various roles such as Outreach Specialist, System Engineering Technical Assistance (SETA), trainer, and Product Manager. Kelley is a USGIF-Certified GEOINT Professional and open-source geospatial crusader. He is a member of multiple geospatial boards and organizations such as Esri, USGIF, OGC, FedGeoDay, and the OSM U.S. Government Committee. He is also a frequent speaker at conferences and events spanning industry, defense, and intelligence circles. Kelley holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan State University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Morgan State University.
