Mr. Joseph Victor has spent the past 25 years serving the Intelligence Community and is currently National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA)’s Deputy Lead for Artificial Intelligence (AI), Automation, and Augmentation (AAA). In this role, Joe is at the forefront of the Agency’s effort to employ AAA capabilities to augment traditional operations and pave the way for the enterprise’s technological and cultural transformation to maintain GEOINT strategic advantage.

Previously, Joe was the Program Manager for Motion GEOINT Services, where he was responsible for provisioning Tactical Airborne Full Motion Video, Wide Area Motion Imagery, and Moving Target Indicator data, into the GEOINT Analyst work flow. In December 1998, he left the Air Force and went to work in industry as an Imagery Analyst/Scientist, specializing in synthetic aperture radar (SAR) exploitation and image processing. It was while in industry that Joe first began work in support NGA (then known as NIMA), specifically assessing commercial Interferometric SAR processing techniques.
