Kevin May

Kevin May is the Director of Federal Sales for the Sanborn Map Company, a cutting-edge geospatial technology company that delivers state-of-the-art mapping, visualization and 3D solutions for a variety of customers worldwide. Sanborn specializes in oblique aerial imagery, aerial and mobile LiDAR mapping, aerial orthophotography, 3D modeling and visualization services, SPIN indoor mapping, UAS, image processing, and a host of geospatial software products. Kevin oversees all of Sanborn’s business development engagements pertaining to Federal customers.

Kevin brings to Sanborn a diverse set of experience working in roles within federal contracting, business development, venture capital, private equity, and small business consulting. Prior to his current position, he worked for SAIC as a contractor to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency predominately within the Source Directorate. Kevin graduated from Virginia Tech’s Pamplin School of Business with a B.S. degree in Marketing and Management. He currently resides in Reston, VA with his wife, Allison, and his energetic puppy, Tilly. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, running, cooking, and rooting for his hometown Philadelphia sports teams.
