Marisa Hess

Marisa Hess is currently a Senior Consultant as a Remote Sensing Scientist for Booz Allen Hamilton in the DC metro area.

Ms. Hess is an active member of the USGIF community and sits on the Board of Directors (2019-present), is a co-chair on the Young Professionals Working Group, and is involved with the Tradecraft and Professional Development Committee. Ms. Hess was a 2017 USGIF Golden Ticket recipient and in 2019 served as the on-site coordinator for the Golden Ticket and Young Professional Group events.

Ms. Hess comes from an earth sciences background from James Madison University where she excelled and was often on the Dean’s and President’s Lists.
