MSgt Falco was born in Chicago, IL.  He enlisted in the Marine Corps in 2003 and completed all basic training by January 2004.  PFC Falco then attended the Basic Geographic Intelligence Specialist Course (BGIS) aboard Fort Belvoir in Virginia graduating in December 2004.

In December 2004 PFC Falco reported to 1st Intelligence Battalion, Production and Analysis Company, 1st Topographic Platoon.  In 2005 PFC Falco was augmented to the All Source Fusion Platoon as an All Source Analyst in order to deploy to Ar Ramadi, Iraq.  In 2006, LCpl Falco was returned to 1st Topographic Platoon where he was deployed to Al Fallujah, Iraq.  Upon completion of his second tour in Iraq, Cpl Falco attended Corporals Course aboard Camp Pendleton where he graduated as the honor graduate.  Cpl Falco was then selected as I MEF Non-Commissioned Officer of the Year and was meritoriously promoted to Sergeant.  In 2008 Sgt Falco was then selected to deploy with the 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit as a Topographic Analyst.

In 2009 Sgt Falco was selected to become a Formal Schools Instructor for the BGIS course aboard Fort Belvoir.  Sgt Falco attended the Formal Instructor Course and Curriculum Developers Course.  During this tour, SSgt Falco served as an instructor evaluator for Marine Corps Detachment Fort Belvoir and for the National Geospatial College and primary curriculum developer for the Basic Geographic Intelligence Specialist Course.

In 2011, SSgt Falco received orders to 1st Intelligence Battalion.  In 2012 SSgt Falco deployed to Musa Qala, Afghanistan with the 23rd Georgian Light Infantry Battalion as the Georgian Liaison Team Intelligence Chief and Combat Advisor granting him the AMOS of 0571.  Once SSgt Falco returned from Afghanistan he filled the position of Topographic Chief for the 1st Marine MAGTF Intelligence Center.

In 2014, SSgt Falco received orders to Marine Forces Pacific G-2 as the Assistant Geospatial Information and Systems Chief.  In October 2015 SSgt Falco was promoted to the rank of Gunnery Sergeant.  And in October 2017 GySgt Falco received orders to III MEF G2 with a report date of no later than August 2017.

In 2017 GySgt Falco received orders to III MEF Command Element G2 to serve as the Mapping, Charting and Geodesy Chief for III MEF.  In December 2017 GySgt Falco attended the Intermediate MAGTF Information Operations Practitioner Course which awarded him the AMOS of 0551.  In 2018 GySgt Falco was selected as the Honor Graduate for Advance Course 1-18.  In October of 2019 GySgt Falco was promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant.

In 2020, MSgt Falco executed orders to serve as the Geographic Chief, Intelligence Division, Deputy Commandant for Information, Headquarters Marine Corps where he is currently stationed.

MSgt Falco’s awards include Meritorious Service Medal with gold star, Joint Service Commendation Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with gold star and Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with gold star.

MSgt Falco is married to the former Melissa Ann Britto of San Clemente, Ca.  They have one dog, Yuki.
