Melissa Foley is the Director of the Enterprise Analytics for the Space Security, Cyber and Analytics (SSCA) Segment within Lockheed Martin Space. In this capacity she is responsible for managing a portfolio of 15 programs with annual sales of $300M.

Enterprise Analytics performs integration for critical systems supporting the IC and DoD, deliver tasking, reporting, exploitation, visualization, processing, data routing, and analytics in a multi-access, multi-customer environment. Providing superior near real-time user engagement and support across all domains.

Prior to her current role, Melissa was a Project Engineer Principle and Technical Assistant supporting the Chief Engineer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Engineering, Technology and Operations (CETO) for Lockheed Martin Corporation. She worked across corporate and business area executive teams and vice presidents to facilitate company strategy and initiatives, to gain insight into program status, and to enable business objectives.  She supported initiatives in the oversight of recruitment, retention and development of an 40,000-person engineering, operations and information technology workforce.

Melissa has over 20 years of professional leadership experience built upon a diverse background with Lockheed Martin in program management, business development and systems engineering.

She is member of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics, as well as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and has a bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Maryland.
