Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly, 35, is the Co-Founder and CEO of EVONA (www.evona.com), and CEO of EVONA USA. Based in Bristol, UK, Tom has worked in the Recruiting Sector for 11 years. Tom’s entrepreneurial spirit began at age 16 when he attempted to launch a ‘Day in the life of’ careers platform.

Following a stint as a musician, Tom completed a Degree in Music. His professional career started at an International FTSE STEM recruiting firm where he quickly rose through the ranks to be one of the youngest Business Managers. In his final years at the FTSE firm Tom identified the Space sector as a STEM sector that could make a major difference to humanity. He became frustrated with the Corporate nature of his employer and took the decision to start up his own company. Since then, Tom has been instrumental in the growth of EVONA, the leading Space sector recruiting firm, scaling to over 70 heads since 2018. EVONA have more than doubled in size year on year both in revenue and headcount. Tom drives the strategic partnerships, branding and messaging of EVONA, who have won multiple awards, including Lloyds Business of the Year 2021.

Tom possesses unrivaled passion in believing that Space holds the answers to re-igniting STEM for future generations. He wants to utilize Space to drive diverse individuals into STEM from grassroots levels through to C-Level. He has spoken to numerous schools, Universities, panels and has delivered keynote speeches at multiple events and conferences on the subject, and he is widely considered an important individual in the ‘NewSpace’ eco-system.
