In the third session of the three-part series, attendees will learn how to improve acquisition outcomes through informed partnership with government clients.
In the first module, we discussed the importance of sound and open communication throughout the acquisition cycle, with specific focus on developing strategies for overcoming barriers to effective communication in the pre-solicitation phase of the acquisition cycle. In the second module, we explored best practices in deconstructing government RFPs and crafting a successful proposal with emphasis on effective communication in the solicitation phase of the acquisition cycle. Finally, in the third module, we will discuss common government processes for evaluating competitive proposals and explore what it takes to achieve an “outstanding” rating in the selection phase of the acquisition cycle.
USGIF will offer free certificates of completion of training in “Accelerating acquisition through improved communication” to those who attend all three sessions of the series.
