USGIF has launched the fifth annual EdGEOcation Giving Fund! This year’s goal is to raise $70,000 for the USGIF 2021 Scholarship Program.
100% of proceeds will go directly to this program and support promising future GEOINTers.
“It’s beneficial for people in the industry to give back to universities. By investing in the students, you are investing into the progression of the tradecraft and the community,” said Kevin Mercy, a former USGIF scholarship recipient.
“I look to USGIF for leadership in diversity, and I’m seeing that the scholarship is being offered to students from across the country, irrespective of background, and so I see it as a way for increasing the diversity within this growing field,” Brendan Staple, a former USGIF scholarship recipient.
Whether it’s through PayPal, check, or AmazonSmile, every dollar you give goes directly toward scholarships to further the GEOINT tradecraft and is tax-deductible.
