The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) invites member organizations to apply for a unique opportunity to present sponsored content sessions at the 2025 GEOINT Symposium in the Vista Hub. This limited opportunity allows selected organizations to present insights on global and national security topics, aligned with the theme: "Building a Secure Tomorrow Together."
Session Criteria
- Open to USGIF member organizations only.
- Presentations should focus on GEOINT topics, particularly those relevant to global and national security, and that align with the theme "Building a Secure Tomorrow Together."
- Keynotes, panel discussions, and fireside chats are welcome. Selected sessions will run for up to 45 minutes.
- Upon selection, a $7,500 fee is required. This includes two Exhibit Hall passes.
How to Apply
To be considered for a sponsored content session at the GEOINT 2025 Vista Hub, submit your application by November 18, 2024. Applications must include the following:
- Title (12 words max)
- Speaker Information: Name, title, and short biographies of proposed speaker(s)
- Session Abstract: 200-word description, including session format (keynote or panel)
- Relevance Statement: 200-word explanation of the topic's significance to the GEOINT community
- Any additional A/V requirements
