“I congratulate, on behalf of the USGIF, our Membership and our Board of Directors, the commitment and achievements of General Clapper to the geospatial intelligence tradecraft,” said K. Stuart Shea, USGIF President and Chairman of the Board. “The USGIF Awards Program exists to recognize the outstanding contributions to the geospatial intelligence tradecraft, and General Clapper is without a doubt most deserving of this acknowledgment.”
