The GEOINT 2024 Symposium will take place at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center in Kissimmee, FL. USGIF has secured rooms at reduced rates for GEOINT Symposium attendees.

You may now make hotel reservations for the GEOINT 2024 Symposium; please note you must be registered for the Symposium before booking your hotel room.

Important — New Housing Process
Participants must be registered for the Symposium prior to booking a hotel room.
Upon completion of your Symposium registration, you will receive a confirmation email which will contain your unique non-transferrable housing link.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or modify an existing hotel reservation in writing at usgif@conferencedirect.com.
All cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 working days) prior to the scheduled arrival date or a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's room rate and tax will be charged to the credit card on file.
Please note: Cancelling your hotel reservation does not automatically cancel your meeting registration. To cancel your meeting registration, please log into your registration online to submit your cancellation.
