Those eligible for Government registration include active duty military, government employees (non-contractors), first responders, and federal, state, and local representatives.

* Guest

As a special offer, USGIF offers attendees and exhibitors the option to bring a guest for a reduced cost compared to full-symposium registrations. Guest passes are limited to one guest pass per full symposium registration. Each pass includes admission to the exhibit hall during the afternoon networking receptions and evening activities. A guest is a spouse, significant other, friend, or adult child who is not in an industry-related occupation, volunteer, or appointed position. A coworker or an associate within the industry may not use the guest registration.

* One Day Expo Only

Expo Only badges may be purchased individually for May 22, 23, or 24. One Day Expo Only badges include access to the exhibit hall on the day chosen, including any sessions, receptions or food functions held within the exhibit hall on that day, as well as to the Welcome Celebration on Sunday evening, May 21. One Day Expo Only badges do not allow access to Main Stage or Training sessions.

* Additional Booth Staff

Exhibitors and sponsors receive a certain number of complimentary registrations based on their booth size and sponsorship package. Exhibitors may also purchase Additional Booth Staff registrations through the exhibitor registration site located within the exhibitor dashboard. Booth Staff badges provide access to the exhibit hall and any activities held within the exhibit hall, and allow exhibit hall access during morning and evening set up hours. These badges do not allow access to Main Stage or Training sessions.
