Please download the application and indicate your first, second and third choice of booth space and or sponsorship, based on current availability and email the completed application to Our floor plan is updated in real-time as booths get assigned.

Exhibitor Service Manual (Exhibitor Kits)

The Expo Group is once again GEOINT 2021 Symposium’s General Services Contractor and show decorator. An email with your login information and the link to the Exhibitor Service Manual was sent to the first point of contact for each exhibitor. Certificate of Insurance

Exhibitors are required to carry general liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate. The United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF), the America's Center Convention Complex, and The Expo Group L.P. must be included as Additional Insureds during the GEOINT Symposium in St. Louis, Missouri, Oct. 5-8, 2021, as per the written contract under the General Liability policy.

If you are using an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC), please see the EAC section of the kit, which has outlined the EAC’s responsibilities and where to send The Expo Group GEOINT Symposium’s General Services Contractor their COI’s.

Exhibitor Registration

Exhibiting companies receive two (2) complimentary exhibit booth staff badges per 100 sq. feet of exhibit space. Additional exhibit booth staff badges may be purchased.

Exhibitor badges include:

  • Access to the Exhibit Hall during move-in and move-out
  • Access to the Exhibit Hall for all three (3) show days
  • All activities within the Exhibit Hall
  • Meals served within the Exhibit Hall
  • Exhibit Hall Networking Receptions
  • Admission to the Welcome Celebration

All exhibits must be fully installed, empty containers removed and moved to storage by 5:00PM on Tuesday, Oct. 5, 2021. Additional charges may apply for empty removal after this time.
